Leadership Development Training Held

Several representatives from project sites in the Carolinas, Georgia and Alabama recently gathered for a leadership training session led by an American Management Association instructor. Site managers, supervisors, TPM coordinators, shift leads, and project managers heard topics centered on organizational communications, leadership development, group action plans, and effective management.
