FABRICATION

Each regional office of GreenWood has a fabrication facility capable of executing the following disciplines:
  • Piping – small and large bore process and utility piping utilizing mild steel, austenitic stainless, aluminum and nickel-based alloys. This applies to fabrication and site work installation.
  • Equipment skids – fabricate from your supplied drawings, equipment and all associated piping on a transportable skid for easy installation
  • Structural steel – various supports, equipment bases, platforms, stairs, handrails, and ladders
  • GreenWood has an “R” NBIC Certificate of Authorization to perform repairs and alterations to ASME boilers and pressure vessels and has been performing the same since 2003
  • Hygenic welding service and orbital welding
GreenWood has Certified Welding Inspectors per the American Welding Society and provides the following services:
  • Welder qualification testing
  • Welding procedure qualification
  • Visual and liquid penetrant testing
  • Ultrasonic thickness testing
  • Vessel inspections
