GreenWood, Inc., an integrated operations, maintenance and construction solutions provider, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to officially initiate the construction of the company’s new corporate offices in Greenville, South Carolina. A maintenance services provider for over 20 years, GreenWood has seen significant growth and expansion that has influenced the need for the new facility which includes ample space for customer conference rooms, offices for the company’s leadership team and the support staff. Initial construction activity is taking place immediately and GreenWood expects to occupy the building in less than a year. This marks GreenWood’s third expansion since 1990.

John Wood, GreenWood’s CEO, kicked off the event by stressing the need for GreenWood to prepare for the future of the company with a building specifically designed to accommodate company growth. John underscored the company’s continuous focus on satisfying customers with cost-effective services delivered reliably and efficiently as the cornerstone for growing the business.
Company President, Brad Wood, addressed the employees attending the event by stating, “This is your company and our customers count on you every day to meet their needs.
